Standard Mode

Funny, heartfelt, heroic, ridiculous, romantic, and adventurous stories are welcome without vulgarity, cruelty, explicit sexual material, hateful content, or targeted humiliation.

Roast Mode

The purchaser and every depicted human must be an adult. Sharper jokes and profanity are permitted; hate, threats, nonconsensual humiliation, protected-class degradation, defamation, explicit sexual material, nudity, and sexualized minors or age-ambiguous people are prohibited.

Naughty Mode

The purchaser and every depicted human must affirm that they are adults. Adult humor, profanity, and non-explicit innuendo are permitted. Nudity, explicit sexual activity, fetish content, exploitation, nonconsensual content, and sexualized depictions of minors or age-ambiguous people are prohibited. Naughty orders remain private and carry no My Birthday Cartoon branding.

Always prohibited

• Sexual content involving minors or age-ambiguous people
• Nonconsensual intimate or sexual content
• Graphic violence or instructions for wrongdoing
• Hate, harassment, credible threats, or targeted degradation
• Illegal impersonation, fraud, or deceptive political persuasion
• Defamatory factual allegations
• Trademarked entertainment-character or franchise imitation
• Copying a living artist’s signature style
• Celebrity or public-figure impersonation without a legitimate reviewed parody basis
• Anything prohibited by applicable provider policy or law

Enforcement

We may request clarification or consent evidence, reject inputs, pause generation, cancel an unsafe order, preserve required audit records, and report conduct where legally required. Payment does not override this policy.
