Information we collect
We collect adult purchaser account and contact information; order, payment-status, consent, birthday-list, interview, support, affiliate, referral, device, security, and usage records; uploaded photographs and recordings; and generated production assets. Stripe receives payment-card details directly; we do not store full card numbers.
How we use information
We use information to authenticate adults, price and fulfill orders, generate and deliver private cartoons, moderate content, provide support, prevent abuse, administer affiliates and referrals, send opted-in reminders, comply with law, and improve reliability. We do not use birthday-list data for targeted advertising.
Service providers
Necessary data may be processed by payment, content-generation, voice, video, storage, hosting, email, security, analytics, and support providers under appropriate agreements and configuration. The launch version will publish a current subprocessor list describing each provider and the data it receives.
Media retention
- Rejected and intermediate generations: 7 days
- Original photos and character references: 30 days after delivery
- Support transcripts: 90 days
- Final movie, poster, captions, and trailer: 1 year after delivery
- Financial, consent, affiliate, fraud, and audit records: as required for legal and accounting needs
Authorized legal or dispute holds may delay deletion. Backups age out under a documented schedule. Eligible media can be deleted earlier through the customer account.
Children
The service is directed to adult gift purchasers. We do not solicit accounts, payment, or direct uploads from children. An adult uploading a minor’s likeness must be the parent or legal guardian or have permission from the parent or legal guardian.
Your choices
Account holders may access, correct, export, or request deletion of eligible data; manage reminders and marketing consent; and revoke sessions. Transactional order messages do not require marketing consent.
Security
We use private storage, short-lived signed links, encryption, access controls, media metadata removal, moderation, audited staff access, secret redaction, and lifecycle deletion. No system is perfectly secure; suspected incidents should be reported promptly to support.
Changes
Material changes will be versioned and presented for acceptance where required. The version accepted for each order is preserved.
